Embers & Echoes is a one-night gathering built around the stories that made America — bold wild game flavor, live acoustic music, and two storytellers who bring those stories to life.
This year's experience is The Wild American Expedition, an 8-course Americana tasting designed to move through smoke, flame, memory, and celebration. From the Gulf Coast to the frontier West, every course tells a story worth savoring.

Tasting Menu
A chef-curated journey through American flavor — from Gulf Coast shrimp and alligator to kangaroo tartare, chicken fried antelope, venison, lobster, ostrich, and elk. Every course is paired with a hand-selected cocktail, wine, or whiskey chosen to match the moment.
Live Music
& Storytelling
Acoustic music and two storytellers weave American history, heritage, and memory throughout the evening — not as background noise, but as part of the experience itself. This is a night built around the fire, the food, and the stories worth telling.

Embers & Echoes happens once a year, at one of the most distinctive dining destinations in the Southeast, and the only way to join is with your ticket. But remember: last year sold out weeks in advance, and this year's seating is just as limited.
This is not a regular dinner menu. The Wild American Expedition spans eight courses of wild game and Southern-inspired flavor — alligator, kangaroo, antelope, venison, ostrich, elk, and more — each paired with a hand-selected cocktail, wine, or spirit. The final menu will be confirmed and published in July 2026.
